With expertise in both executive and consumer communications, Shana works closely with clients to get a true understanding of their brand's goals and media relations needs, so stories stack up one building block at a time.​

 

Shana draws from a well-rounded background spanning nonprofits, restaurants, food & beverage, retail, legal services, home services, sports, entertainment, and consumer technology. She got her start in restaurant and home service franchising with brands like Dunkin', Tropical Smooth Cafe, and Authority Brands before expanding into consumer technology with Vivid Seats, Polar Watches, Bosch, and more.​ Along the way, her work has touched various industries, leading cross-functional campaigns, product announcements, partnerships, data-based reports, social stunts, event activations, executive profile building, and grand openings.

While Shana grew up in South Florida, she spent time in Detroit as well before moving to Chicago, fully transitioning from the Sunshine State girl to a Midwesterner over the years.​​​ Shana graduated from Florida State University with a dual B.S. degree in Media Communications, Political Science, and minor in Portuguese. Off the clock, you can find her chefing it up, playing with her dogs, or doing her rounds on ClassPass. She is also passionate about women's health, advocacy, and research.
